You decide which value needs to be loaded on the Gift Card: EUR 20, 50, 75, 100 or 150 or GBP 20, 50, 75 or 100. The value of the card is printed on the Gift Card itself.
The Gift Cards are packed in bundles of 25 pieces and sent to you so that you can distribute the cards yourself.
You can pay corporate Gift Cards with a credit card or we can send you an invoice. The choice is yours.

How to use the corporate Gift Card?
The receiver of the corporate Gift Card can use the Gift Card in almost 300 art'otels, Park Plaza Hotels & Resorts, Radisson Blu, Park Plaza Hotels & Resorts and Park Inn by Radisson hotels and Radisson as well as various restaurants such as Chino Latino and 5&33 and wellness facilities across 42 participating countries*. What is the minimum and maximum value of the Gift Card?
The minimum value is EUR 20/ GBP 20 and the maximum value is EUR 150/ GBP 100.
Can I choose the currency of the Gift Card?
You need to choose from a fixed denomination (EUR 20, 50, 75, 100, 150 or GBP 20, 50, 75, 100).
Can I choose the currency on the card?
The Gift Card is available in EUR or GBP. The Gift Card can be used in participating countries, whatever the currency of the country.

Please contact our Global Sales Offices. They will provide you with your online account details that allow you to place an order online. Alternatively, they can place the order for you.
Will the gift recipient know how much was loaded on the Gift Card?
Yes, the receiver can check the balance at www.giftcards.rezidor.com.
When is the Gift Card activated?
Once you have safely received the Gift Cards, please call the Global Sales Offices (contact details are listed at the top of this page) to activate the cards. As soon as the Gift Cards are activated they can be used. For security reasons the cards will only be activated once you have contacted the Global Sales Office after you have received the Gift Cards.
How many cards can I purchase?
The corporate Gift Cards come in bundles of 25 pieces. You can purchase minimum one bundle of 25 Gift Cards in one order and there is no limit. The Gift Cards will be shipped in bulk to the given address. You can buy Gift Cards with different values, as long as you buy minimum 1 bundle of 25 Gift Cards per value.
How do I settle the payment?
You can settle the payment by credit card or by bank transfer on receipt of invoice. We do not accept cash.
I want to cancel my purchase. Is this possible?
Yes, it is possible to cancel your purchase up to 14 days after the purchase, as long as the cards have not been used. You will need to contact the Gift Card Support Centre within the 14 days. We will block the Gift Cards in the system and a refund will be given.
How long does it take to receive the Gift Cards?
The delivery time depends on the chosen shipping preference (registered mail or courier). The Gift Cards are shipped after the payment is received. Once you have received the Gift Cards you can contact the Gift Card Support Centre to activate the cards.
Is there a handling fee or shipment charge?
A handling fee of EUR 5/ GBP 4.80 per 100 cards applies. Shipment costs depend on the country the Gift Cards are shipped to and on the type of delivery (registered mail or courier).
